General Dentist | Full Time or Part Time | South Elgin IL Compensation: $900-$1,000 per day or 38% Net Collections, 40% Net Collections when monthly production is greater than $100K Are you a compassionate, skilled dentist seeking a long-term, high-impact role in a thriving private practice? We’re looking for a motivated General Dentist to join our team. At our well-established practice, we pride ourselves on delivering exceptional care, building lasting patient relationships, and fostering a supportive, team-oriented environment. There is a lot of potential in the practice for someone experienced in endodontics and implants. Schedule: Mondays, Thursdays, Saturdays

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform comprehensive general dentistry, including:
• Fillings, crowns, bridges, and preventive care
• Extractions and root canals
• Diagnose and manage oral health conditions
• Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient
• Educate patients on oral hygiene and long-term care
• Work collaboratively with assistants, hygienists, and front office staff
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records

Requirements:

• DDS/DMD from an accredited dental school
• Valid Illinois dental license
• Proficiency with Dental Practice Management Software
• Excellent diagnostic, communication, and treatment planning skills
• Knowledge of HIPAA and commitment to patient privacy
• Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities
