Job Title: Designer

Reports To: Design Manager

Status: Full-Time

INCH & CO.

Founded in 2012 by brothers John and Jeff Inch, Inch & Co. has grown from a small local builder into an award-winning family of companies, recognized by the Central Penn Business Journal in 2022 as one of Central Pennsylvania’s fastest-growing. Headquartered in York, PA, we take an integrated approach to real estate spanning land development, design, construction, management, and long-term investment.

ABOUT INCH & CO. CONSTRUCTION

Inch & Co. Construction is the building arm of the family, designing and constructing commercial, industrial, and multi-family properties across South Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland. Because design lives inside the company, our designers work directly with the people who estimate, permit, and build what they draw.

Our culture is key for our growth

Inch & Co. started as a family business, and that hasn’t changed. We hold ourselves to a high standard, take care of our people, and give back through initiatives like Inch Foundation.

We’re looking for a DESIGNER to join our team. This is a full-time, exempt position based in York, PA.

Here’s where you come in

You’re detail-oriented and comfortable juggling several projects of different sizes. You like turning a concept into a clean, coordinated set of construction documents, adapt quickly when designs change, and work well independently.

What you should know about our team

You’ll coordinate with sub-consultants and work alongside our development, preconstruction, and construction teams, from concept through construction administration. You’ll also help shape our BIM standards, custom Revit families, and drafting best practices.
