Mobile Developer

Role: Mobile Developer End Client : JPMC Location : NYC/Jersey City(100% onsite) Visa : USC/GC only pay Rate : $40/hr on w2

Job Description: Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain native mobile applications for iOS and/or Android platforms.
• Build responsive and intuitive user interfaces using SwiftUI for iOS applications.
• Develop reusable UI components and implement mobile application features aligned with business requirements.
• Integrate mobile applications with REST APIs, backend services, and third-party systems.
• Troubleshoot application issues, improve performance, and ensure compatibility across supported devices and operating system versions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate functional requirements and UI/UX designs into high-quality mobile solutions.
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following mobile development best practices.
• Implement application security, data protection, and error-handling mechanisms.
• Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, and release management.
• Work with Cogman tools, frameworks, or platforms as required by the project.

Required Qualifications

• Proven experience in mobile application development for iOS and/or Android.
• Strong hands-on experience with SwiftUI and modern iOS development practices.
• Proficiency in Swift, Xcode, and the iOS SDK for iOS-focused development.
• Experience developing mobile applications using native development frameworks.
• Understanding of mobile application architecture, design patterns, and state management.
• Experience integrating RESTful APIs and handling JSON data.
• Knowledge of mobile application debugging, testing, performance optimization, and deployment.
• Familiarity with Git or other version control systems.
• Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile software development environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience delivering production-grade mobile applications for enterprise environments.
• Familiarity with Android development using Kotlin and Jetpack Compose, if supporting both platforms.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and mobile application release processes.
• Knowledge of mobile security, authentication, and secure data storage.
• Hands-on experience with Cogman and the ability to apply it within mobile development workflows.
