Description:
- Assign and manage projects for sanding and finishing to the staff of 8 to 10 that align with the production schedule.
- Ability to manage and adjust manpower according to the schedule. Knowledge of stains, sealers, top coats and applications required.
- Provide guidance on completing the projects, acquiring all materials needed to complete tasks.
- Communicate and work with Production Manager on schedule deadline and priorities.
- Looking for a qualified individual with 5 to 10 years of experience in finishing and at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
