ABA Therapist - Daytime Hours! Great Hourly Rate!
Job Summary:
Imagination ABA Therapy is seeking a skilled ABA Therapist to join our team in the Neptune, New Jersey area. As an ABA Therapist with our organization, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, individualized ABA therapy services to children and families in our community. We are committed to providing a supportive and empowering work environment, and we believe that our BTs are the foundation of our success.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the implementation of individualized treatment plans, conducting one-on-one and group therapeutic sessions with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs
- Utilize evidence-based ABA practices to promote skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes
- Collaborate with BCBA(s) and other professionals to develop and modify treatment plans, ensuring consistency and continuity of care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of client progress, including data collection and reporting
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to clinical integrity, professionalism, and compassion in all aspects of work
Requirements:
- RBT certification is preferred but not required
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to work with children and adolescents with varying levels of need, including those with Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate records
