Behavior Technician Imagination ABA Therapy, a BCBA-owned and operated Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Provider, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Behavior Technician to join our team of professionals in the Phillipsburg, NJ area. As a Behavior Technician, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, working closely with our BCBAs and other BTs to provide high-quality, individualized services to children and families affected by Autism Spectrum Disorder and related developmental needs. Our agency is committed to delivering evidence-based ABA practices that focus on meaningful skill development, functional communication, independence, and real-world outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to clients in their homes, schools, or community settings
• Implement and modify treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
• Collect and record data on client progress and behavior
• Collaborate with BCBAs and other professionals to ensure therapy is practical, respectful, and impactful across settings
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of client sessions and progress
