Employment at ImageTrend is not just about doing a job; it's about being a part of a community. We are top-notch talent, passionate about making a difference through the work we do together!

Description:

Under the direction of the Senior Enterprise Sales Manager, the Enterprise Account Executive will own and drive strategic sales and growth objectives for key Fire/EMS agencies across multiple states in their assigned territory. This role is designed for a proactive, goal-oriented individual who thrives on building new, high-value, long-term relationships in a consultative environment.

Reps follow a well-defined methodology, collaborate across teams and clearly convey ImageTrend's value, growing their SaaS sales careers and making a positive community impact.

What You'll Do:

Achieve or exceed the annual sales quota goal stipulated in the Sales Compensation Plan incentive agreement

Own the territory like a business, building strategic territory, account and resource plans that cover key clients, new Enterprise prospects, decision makers and compelling events, and leverage Sales Engineering, Solution Architects and Customer Success

Create pipeline to cover quota through outbound plays and account-based outreach to Chiefs, Deputy Chiefs, EMS Directors and Data Managers, partnering with BDRs and Customer Success

Drive local marketing, including account-based campaigns, webinars, customer stories, state association events and referrals, to generate new-logo and expansion opportunities

Manage full-cycle, multi-year sales with effective discovery and early Sales Engineering engagement to uncover each agency's operational, data and reporting needs

Apply ImageTrend's sales discipline, including Force Management and MEDDPICC, creating urgency through compelling events and skilled close tactics

Use approved AI tools responsibly to research accounts, prepare for customer interactions and streamline administrative work, while protecting customer and proprietary data and verifying AI-generated content before relying on it or sharing it externally

Lead customer meetings and demonstrations with clear agendas, prepared content and next steps, with strong knowledge of territory-vertical and adjoining solutions

Coordinate RFP and contracting processes, navigating municipal and state procurement, grant funding and legal review, and engaging executives and Legal to overcome roadblocks

Drive accountability on close plans, orchestrating Sales Engineering, Legal and leadership, then hand off smoothly to CSM, Implementation and TAM

Deliver accurate forecasts balancing current commitments with future pipeline, using the CRM, Gong and other technology to manage accounts and deals

Take initiative, act as a company ambassador with integrity, and share wins, best practices and competitive insights

Stay adaptable and curious amid change, complete assigned and self-selected training, track industry trends, NFIRS/NEMSIS and competition, and seek and apply feedback

Attend required meetings, follow departmental standards and SLAs, travel to tradeshows and onsite meetings as required, and perform additional duties as assigned

Perform additional duties or tasks as assigned

Requirements:

Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or the equivalent combination of education and relevant experience

Proven full-cycle sales experience in strategic or Enterprise-level SaaS with a longer sales cycle, preferably in public safety or healthcare

Proven record of achieving quota, ASP and retention goals by proactively prospecting a territory of high-value accounts rather than relying on inbound demand

Experience applying a structured methodology such as Force Management, MEDDPICC or similar to complex, multi-stakeholder cycles involving RFPs and procurement

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present, influence and negotiate with executives

Strong analytical and technical aptitude, with experience in MS Office, CRM, Gong or similar tools and accurate, data-driven forecasting

Adaptable, resilient, coachable and curious, with excellent time management in a fast-paced environment and a commitment to continuous learning

Self-starter with a strong work ethic, integrity and accountability, and discretion handling confidential information

Demonstrated ability to manage complex sales cycles involving multiple stakeholders who may have competing priorities

Ability to maintain discretion when handling proprietary and confidential information

Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge or skills

Strong work ethic, integrity, honesty, collaboration and team orientation

Ability to travel as required, up to 50%

This role can be performed 100% virtually anywhere in the US while following our Remote Work Policy. Deadline to apply is at least 3 days after the posting date listed.

Position Salary Range: The annual base salary range for this full-time role is $95,000- $155,000 USD + bonus + benefits + perks + community gains. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, education or training and other relevant qualifications.
