Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Own the Lane: Oversee the flow of the drive lane and greet vehicle owners with energy.
• Deliver Concierge Service: Act as the first point of contact, ensuring every customer feels valued.
• Manage the Details: Handle phone and in-person inquiries so no customer is ever mishandled.
• Drive Efficiency: Maximize the technician schedule and distribute work efficiently.
• Be the Expert: Master our product offerings, inventory needs, and repair processes to clearly explain them to guests.
