Training & Development Specialist IV

The Training and Development Specialist IV supports HQ IMCOM's enterprise-wide Real Property Asset Management program by developing, maintaining, and delivering the command-wide training and regulatory program. This includes assisting in the development of a standardized Real Property and Real Estate regulatory program tailored to IMCOM requirements, facilitating regulatory workshops and webinars for garrison Real Property offices up to four times per month, and operating and maintaining a learning management system to monitor training participation and effectiveness. The specialist also helps create a centralized portal for Real Property policy, references, and professional resources, supports development of GFEBS and public works business process regulatory content, and contributes recommendations on standardizing process steps and automating reporting requirements across the enterprise.
