Project Manager III

IDR is seeking a Project Manager III to join one of our top clients for a remote opportunity. In this role, you’ll lead delivery of strategic, enterprise-scale initiatives within a highly regulated, data-driven environment (e.g., healthcare services). You’ll partner with technical and business stakeholders to manage timelines, risks, and financial governance while also driving Agile execution as a Scrum Master.

Position Overview for the Project Manager III:

• Lead end-to-end project delivery for multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule, and outcomes stay on track
• Drive stakeholder communications, executive status reporting, and cross-functional alignment across business and technology teams
• Own project financial governance including forecasting, tracking, and vendor/SOW spend oversight
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies, remove impediments, and maintain predictable sprint execution and delivery transparency

Requirements for the Project Manager III:

• 8+ years of IT project management experience supporting enterprise initiatives and complex cross-functional teams
• Hands-on experience delivering AI/ML, analytics, or data platform initiatives (e.g., data pipelines, dashboards, model delivery)
• Proven experience implementing SaaS platforms including vendor management, SSO/integration coordination, and release management
• 3+ years of Scrum Master experience facilitating ceremonies, managing backlogs, and tracking delivery in Agile tools
• Strong project financial management experience (budgeting, forecasting vs. actuals, and change control) with excellent communication skills
