Support customer inquiries throughout the sales and project lifecycle.

Commercial Support

Partner with the Commercial team to communicate Mott’s technical capabilities, product advantages, and customer value.
Support quotation development through technical scope definition, product recommendations, and risk identification.
Participate in customer discussions, technical reviews, presentations, and proposal activities.
Help translate customer requirements into commercially viable solutions and support opportunity conversion.

Build timely and accurate cost estimates for the Commercial team.
Understand how recommended technical solutions affect business financials and EBITDA returns.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

Partner with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Project Management, and Engineering teams to deliver customer solutions.
Participate in design reviews, technical problem-solving, and continuous improvement activities.
Support resolution of technical issues during manufacturing, testing, and customer implementation.
Share application insights and lessons learned to help shape Mott’s long-term semiconductor product strategy.

Communicating technical value effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Balancing customer expectations, engineering requirements, and business objectives.

Qualifications
