CDL DRIVER

Description We are seeking a dependable and professional Class A CDL Driver to join our team. This full-time position offers a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday, approximately 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Weekends or overtime may be required at times. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring the safe and timely delivery of goods, contributing to our company's reputation for reliability and excellence. As part of our team, you will enjoy a collaborative work environment and the benefits of union membership with Teamsters Local 1205.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate commercial Class A vehicles to transport goods to various destinations
• Adhere to all federal, state, and local transportation regulations and company policies
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance
• Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation
• Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to coordinate deliveries
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment

Requirements

Skills and Qualifications:

• Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with all required endorsements
• 3+ years of proven experience operating commercial trucks in a professional setting
• Knowledge of DOT regulations and safety standards
• Excellent driving record with a clean license
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills and professionalism
