- Job Description On-Site Supervisor to manage more than 4 employees in New Canaan, CT
Essential Functions:Be able to learn quickly.Addressing, correcting daily issues and customer request.Interaction with cleaning crew, be able to motivate the Janitorial staff.Ability to lock down a facility, ensure that all routine work is done properly and making sure all areas are check. Be able to correct any last minute issue.
Requirements:Prior experience in cleaning is a must.Prior experience on Supervision (preferred but not a must)Prior experience in projects using machines for Floor Care, carpet cleaning and others.Prior cleaning experience is a mustBilingual Spanish is a must.Competencies:Teamwork orientationGreat attitudeCollaboration SkillsInitiativeOwn transportation
