Removable Manager

Overview

An established, full-service dental laboratory in St. Paul, MN is seeking an experienced Removable Manager to lead its removable department. This is an onsite leadership role for a hands-on technician who knows every type of denture, attachment and implant case, works confidently in a digital workflow, and puts quality first in everything the department produces.

What You'll Do

• Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the removable department
• Oversee production of all denture types, including full and partial dentures, immediates, overdentures and repairs
• Manage attachment cases and implant-retained and implant-supported removable restorations
• Drive and support the department's digital workflow, from digital design through fabrication
• Own quality control for the department, inspecting cases and making sure every case meets high standards before it leaves the lab
• Train, mentor and support removable technicians
• Troubleshoot complex cases and keep the department's cases on schedule

What You Bring

• Expert knowledge of all denture types and removable techniques
• Thorough knowledge of attachments and attachment cases
• Strong implant knowledge, including implant-retained and implant-supported removable work
• Hands-on experience with digital workflows for removable prosthetics
• Prior quality control (QC) experience in a dental laboratory
• A strong focus on quality, accuracy and attention to detail
• Leadership experience or the ability to lead and develop a removable team

Schedule & Compensation

• Full-time, onsite
• Monday - Friday, day shift
• $35 - $50 per hour
