Success Mentor

Success Mentors provide direct academic, social-emotional, and behavioral support to students participating in our school-based programs. Duties include: Mentoring and supervising assigned students Supporting students with academic assignments and goal setting Facilitating structured enrichment and group activities Encouraging positive behavior, attendance, and participation Maintaining accurate attendance and student progress records Communicating student concerns and program updates to supervisors Assisting with program setup, dismissal, and general daily operations
