Assistant Service Manager

hydrograsscorp.com distributes Finn landscape equipment throughout New England and part of NY. We have two locations that service this equipment, one in Maine and the other in Pittsfield, NH. Many of our customers return their equipment to us for service and repair. The assistant service manager will begin by accepting testing results from our experienced shop manager and sending them to our remote service manager via email. The remote service manager will respond with an approved work order which the assistant service manager will deliver to the shop manager. Once the work has been completed the shop manager will provide a detailed service summary which the assistant service manager will convey to the remote service manager for invoicing. More duties will be assigned over time as the new employee gains experience and competence resulting in increased responsibilities and increased compensation. The goal is for the assistant service manager to become the service manager in the future. This is a great opportunity for the successful candidate.
