The spa offers guests a place to pause and focus on wellbeing. Thompson Dallas is seeking a Spa Experience Lead to support daily spa operations and help create a welcoming, well-maintained environment for guests and colleagues. This hands-on role leads by example on the floor and shares observations and recommendations with the Spa Manager. The Spa Experience Lead reports to the Spa Manager and supports the guest experience, spa readiness and day-to-day operations. The role assists with guest needs, inventory, cleanliness and communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities:
Guest Experience and Service
- Welcome guests and provide attentive, professional service throughout their spa visit.
- Assist with guest questions and requests, resolving concerns within the role’s authority and bringing matters to the Spa Manager when needed.
- Help maintain a calm, welcoming and organized spa environment.
- Support Reception and Spa Attendant duties as needed.
Spa Operations and Readiness
- Assist with daily spa operations and help ensure the guest experience runs smoothly.
- Monitor spa inventory, keep products organized and communicate replenishment needs.
- Check that spa spaces, supplies and equipment are clean, organized and in good working order.
- Communicate maintenance or operational needs to the appropriate department.
- Attend daily pre-shift meetings and stay informed about spa operations and guest needs.
- Participate in developing ideas and strategies to support spa revenue.
Communication and Teamwork
- Share observations and feedback about service, operations and colleague support with the Spa Manager.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues across the spa and other hotel departments.
- Perform other tasks reasonably related to the role.
