The Food & Beverage Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily operations across all hotel dining outlets, including Starbucks, bar service, and restaurant venues. This role ensures exceptional guest experiences, maintains high service standards, and supports team members in delivering efficient and professional service. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong hospitality expertise, a passion for guest service, and solid knowledge of food and beverage operations. The needed shift time is 12pm-12am
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1 year experience in a high-volume restaurant and/or bar
- Prior supervisory experience preferred
- Knowledge of beer, wine, and spirit standards
- Moderate experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Hotel experience is a plus
- Bar experience is a plus
- A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment.
- Superb verbal and written communication skills
