CCS Group is hiring Traveling Construction Laborers for industrial concrete repair and specialty construction projects nationwide.

Travel and Work Schedule

This is a 100% traveling position. You must be willing to work and stay on projects throughout the United States.

• Typical assignments: 4 to 7 weeks away, followed by approximately 4 to 5 days at home
• Typical schedule: Monday through Saturday, approximately 6 a.m. to 6 p.m.
• Overtime and schedules vary based on project needs
• Travel with an established construction crew to project locations nationwide

What You'll Do

• Perform hands-on industrial concrete repair, surface preparation, coatings, and specialty construction work
• Operate construction tools and equipment after training
• Assist with materials, equipment setup, and jobsite cleanup
• Follow safety procedures and work alongside experienced crew members

What We're Looking For

• Willingness to travel nationwide for extended assignments
• Dependable, hardworking, and safety-conscious attitude
• Ability to perform physically demanding construction work, including climbing, lifting, working at heights, and working in varying weather conditions, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to work extended shifts, Saturdays, and overtime
• Construction experience is a plus, but not required

Projects may be located in Nebraska, South Dakota, Iowa, Kansas, Texas, Alabama, Oklahoma, Illinois, Indiana, Missouri, Arizona, North Dakota, and other states as needed.
