  • Build fact-based business cases and scenario analyses that bring together financial, operational, supplier, and market insights, enabling leaders to evaluate trade-offs and make informed decisions.
  • Shape outsourcing and managed-services commercial models, including FTE-based, fixed-fee, transaction-based, productivity, and outcome-oriented structures, to align supplier economics with business outcomes.
  • Draft, negotiate, and execute contracts and amendments, partnering with Finance, Legal, Risk, Operations, Technology, and other stakeholders to establish sound commercial terms, implementation and transition plans, governance, controls, and risk mitigation.
  • Evaluate and manage strategic suppliers based on performance, capabilities, financial health, risk, innovation, and long-term fit; establish governance and performance mechanisms that support accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Advance supplier diversity, sustainability, responsible sourcing, and supplier code-of-conduct expectations within category and supplier strategies, as appropriate.
