Partner with Product, Business Systems Analysis, developers, vendors, and clinical stakeholders to investigate and resolve quality issues.
Serve as a liaison for new testing requests, assessing scope, priorities, dependencies, and resource needs.
Communicate testing progress, quality risks, unresolved defects, and release readiness to stakeholders and leadership.

Continuous Improvement

Monitor test coverage, execution progress, defect trends, and automation effectiveness.
Analyze recurring defects and testing gaps to identify opportunities for process and quality improvements.
Develop repeatable testing processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
Recommend improvements to workflows, configurations, requirements, and testing procedures based on testing findings.
