Review business and functional requirements to identify testing needs, risks, and gaps.
Develop and maintain automated test suites and expand automation opportunities to improve testing efficiency, scalability, and coverage.
Evaluate test results, defects, and risks to provide release-readiness recommendations.

Defect Management & Collaboration

Lead defect triage and establish standards for documenting, prioritizing, retesting, and resolving defects.
Partner with Product, Business Systems Analysis, developers, vendors, and clinical stakeholders to investigate and resolve quality issues.
Serve as a liaison for new testing requests, assessing scope, priorities, dependencies, and resource needs.
Communicate testing progress, quality risks, unresolved defects, and release readiness to stakeholders and leadership.

Continuous Improvement

Monitor test coverage, execution progress, defect trends, and automation effectiveness.
Analyze recurring defects and testing gaps to identify opportunities for process and quality improvements.
Develop repeatable testing processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and scalability.
Recommend improvements to workflows, configurations, requirements, and testing procedures based on testing findings.
