Key Responsibilities

Design, engineer, automate, and support enterprise data-caching platforms, including Azure Managed Redis (AMR), Google Cloud Memorystore (Valkey/Redis), and Redis Enterprise across cloud and on-premises environments.
Develop and maintain Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation solutions, and deployment frameworks using Terraform and modern scripting languages.
Provide Level 3 engineering support for production platforms, including participation in a 24x7 on-call rotation, troubleshooting complex incidents, and leading root cause analysis efforts.
Drive platform reliability, performance, scalability, security, patching, upgrades, and lifecycle management activities.
Partner with application, cloud, security, and operations teams to establish platform standards and deliver highly available, resilient solutions.

Use your skills to make an impact

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or equivalent experience.

Strong experience with Terraform, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), automation, CI/CD pipelines, and Git-based development practices.
Experience developing automation and operational tooling using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar scripting languages.
Experience providing Level 3 production support, participating in on-call rotations, and resolving complex distributed system issues.
Strong Linux administration, troubleshooting, and performance tuning skills.
Solid understanding of data caching, cloud networking, security, high availability, resiliency, and disaster recovery architectures.

Preferred Qualifications

Hands-on experience deploying, configuring, upgrading, and troubleshooting Azure Managed Redis (AMR), Google Cloud Memorystore (Valkey/Redis), or Redis Enterprise environments.
Experience designing and operating multi-cloud solutions across Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
Experience with Kubernetes, container platforms, and cloud-native technologies.
Experience implementing monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational automation solutions.
