BAS Controls Technician

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, start-up, and commission DDC/BAS control systems
• Troubleshoot building automation systems and identify root-cause issues
• Perform point-to-point checkout and commissioning activities
• Write BAS programs from scratch and work with existing program libraries
• Support installation teams with wiring, conduit bending, and equipment terminations
• Modify and optimize existing BAS programs to improve system performance
• Collaborate with mechanical contractors, GC's, and end users
• Maintain documentation and communicate system status effectively

Ideal Candidate:

• Experience as a BAS Controls Technician or similar role
• Strong troubleshooting skills for DDC/BAS systems
• Hands-on experience installing and testing building automation equipment
• Solid understanding of commissioning procedures and point-to-point verification
