Job Title -Senior Software Engineer (Azure, C#/.NET & React) Position Overview

Work on sophisticated software solutions spanning on-premises, hybrid, and cloud environments, leveraging Microsoft Azure, C#/.NET, and React. This role offers the opportunity to develop scalable applications, build APIs and microservices, contribute to cloud architecture, and support application modernization and cloud migration initiatives.

The ideal candidate brings strong hands-on software engineering experience, cloud platform expertise, and knowledge of DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and secure application development.

What You'll Do / Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain software solutions using C#, .NET, and React across on-premises, cloud, and hybrid environments.
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, and developers to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
• Contribute to application architecture, ensuring scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.
• Develop APIs, microservices, and front-end components for web applications.
• Work with Azure, AWS, and other cloud platforms to support cloud-native and hybrid solutions.
• Implement DevOps best practices, CI/CD pipelines, and automated deployment processes.
• Troubleshoot application performance, security, and availability issues.
• Participate in code reviews and maintain coding standards and software quality.
• Collaborate with infrastructure and cloud teams to maintain stable, secure, and reliable application environments.
• Support application transitions from on-premises environments to cloud and hybrid architectures.
• Contribute to application governance, performance monitoring, and optimization.
• Ensure business applications comply with security standards and applicable regulations, including SOX, PCI-DSS, and financial sector requirements.
• Work with cybersecurity teams to address application vulnerabilities and security risks.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and disaster recovery planning.
• Maintain QA documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, and test data management.
• Ensure test traceability, automated defect tracking, and compliance with applicable standards such as ISO, GDPR, and HIPAA.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 5 years of proven Software Engineering experience.
• Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Services.
• Strong C# and .NET development skills.
• Experience with React or other modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), and automated deployments.
• Experience with version control systems such as Git.
• Experience with Agile development methodologies, including Scrum or Kanban.

Preferred Qualifications

• Microsoft Certified: Azure Developer Associate or AWS Certified Developer certification.
• Experience with hybrid cloud strategies and solutions.
• Experience working in multidisciplinary teams and collaborating with architects, business analysts, and stakeholders.
