Software Developer (Ref# SD112MP)

HTC Global Services, Inc. has an opening for the position of Software Developer (Ref# SD112MP). Work Location: Troy, MI and relocation required to various unanticipated locations throughout the U.S. Job Duties: Under direct supervision, develop and integrate IT solutions by using appropriate development methodologies and standards using Salesforce technologies. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and technical requirements. Analyze existing Salesforce orgs and DevOps workflows. Architect scalable and secure DevOps pipelines across multiple Salesforce orgs. Design Branching strategies and version control workflows using GIT. Plan Integration points with JIRA, Jenkins, Salesforce DX. Implement CI/CD pipelines using GIT pipelines, Jenkins, and Salesforce DX. Configure and customize Copado or Flosum for deployment automation. Develop scripts and automation tools for environment set up and Data Migration. Set up automated testing frameworks for Salesforce components. Integrate unit , Integration, regression tests into the pipeline. Ensure code quality through static analysis and peer reviews. Provide ongoing support for deployed pipelines and environments. Troubleshoot deployment issues and coordinate with development teams. Optimize pipeline performance and resource usage. Document pipeline architecture , configuration, and deployment procedures. Maintain version-controlled documentation for DevOps tools and workflows. Create runbooks for common issues and recovery steps. Conduct training sessions for developers and admins on DevOps Tools and practices. Create user guides and tutorials for using Copado / Flosum and Salesforce DX. Use of Salesforce DX (Developer Experience), Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, SOQL, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jenkins, JIRA, MuleSoft, and Windows. Requirements: Bachelor's degree or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Information Systems, or a related field. Plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or a related occupation including Technical Architect, Technical Lead, or related experience. Position requires 2 years of experience with Salesforce, Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), JavaScript, and Jenkins. 40hrs/week.
