Job Description

Plan, initiate, and manage software development and technology projects from inception through delivery. Serve as Scrum Master for Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Coordinate cross-functional teams to define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables aligned with business objectives. Track project progress, identify risks and dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery. Monitor and report on project status,

milestones, and performance metrics to stakeholders and leadership. Frequent travel within US to unanticipated client site locations may be required. No relocation required.
