People and Program Leadership: Lead a multidisciplinary team, establish priorities, manage resources, and measure program effectiveness, operational efficiency, and adoption outcomes.
Research Oversight: Provide management and operational support for UX Research activities as needed, ensuring alignment with organizational and business priorities.

Minimum Requirements

Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Business, Communications, Marketing, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
