Warehouse Assistant

Job Type: Full-time Salary: \$18/hour during the probation period, increasing to \$20/hour after the probation period, plus OT and additional benefits. About Us: Hotli Inc is a fast-growing live-streaming e-commerce company specializing in fashion, electronics, and accessories. Our warehouse plays a crucial role in inventory management, order fulfillment, and logistics operations, ensuring a smooth supply chain for our live-streaming business. We are looking for a Warehouse Assistant to support our Warehouse Manager in back-end operations, including order picking, packing, and shipping. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, efficient, and capable of working in a fast-paced warehouse environment. Responsibilities: 1. Order Picking & Packing *Accurately pick and pack items for shipment according to order details. *Ensure all items are packed securely to prevent damage during transit. *Label packages correctly and organize them for shipping. 2. Inventory Management Support *Assist in sorting and categorizing incoming inventory. *Maintain an organized warehouse space, ensuring products are easily accessible. *Help conduct regular inventory checks to track stock levels and prevent shortages. 3. Shipping & Logistics Assistance * Work closely with the Warehouse Manager to prepare outbound shipments. * Assist in loading/unloading shipments and verifying package accuracy. * Ensure all shipping documentation is properly completed. 4. General Warehouse Maintenance * Keep the warehouse clean, safe, and organized. * Follow company safety policies to prevent workplace accidents. * Assist in any additional warehouse-related tasks as needed. Requirements: * Prior experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment center is preferred but not required. * Ability to lift and move boxes (up to 40 lbs) as needed. * Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. * Good communication and teamwork skills. * Basic knowledge of inventory systems or willingness to learn. * Must be able to work flexible hours based on warehouse needs.
