The Business Systems Analyst will collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to identify opportunities for system improvements, resolve technical challenges, and support operational efficiency.
We are seeking a hands-on, solutions-oriented problem solver who understands warehouse operations and can translate that knowledge into practical system improvements, effective training, and clear documentation.

• Troubleshoot and resolve system errors, failed transactions, and data discrepancies, focusing on identifying root causes and implementing long-term solutions rather than temporary workarounds.
• Monitor and maintain the integration between the WMS and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, ensuring accurate and timely data exchanges between both platforms.
• Identify and investigate failed or delayed transactions, reconcile data discrepancies, and work with internal IT teams or third-party vendors to resolve integration issues.
• Document business processes, system dependencies, recurring issues, and potential points of failure to support troubleshooting and operational continuity.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for WMS-related questions, concerns, and technical issues from warehouse and administrative team members.
• Maintain a hands-on presence in warehouse operations, working directly with team members to observe workflows, troubleshoot issues, and implement practical solutions.
• Identify recurring system challenges, track trends, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, accuracy, and overall system performance.
• Develop and deliver training for new and existing team members, including onboarding materials, step-by-step instructions, and hands-on training sessions.
• Create, maintain, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency, accuracy, and proper system usage across operations.
• Coordinate system enhancements and development projects with internal teams and third-party vendors, establishing priorities, defining project requirements, and overseeing implementation.
• Evaluate opportunities for system improvements and determine when configuration changes, scripting, or additional technical support may be necessary.
• Perform system configuration adjustments and basic scripting when appropriate, escalating more complex technical issues to internal IT teams or external vendors.
• Partner with warehouse leadership and other departments to ensure system capabilities align with operational needs and business objectives.
• Perform other duties as assigned to support the ongoing needs of the operation.

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred. Equivalent experience will be considered.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Experience supporting WMS, ERP, or similar business systems. Infor WMS and NetSuite ERP experience preferred.
• Basic coding or scripting knowledge, including the ability to read and troubleshoot existing scripts.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify root causes and develop practical solutions.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills across operational, administrative, and technical teams.
• Ability to develop clear procedures, training materials, and technical documentation.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, manufacturing, 3PL, or supply chain operations.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, work independently, and take ownership of projects and system issues.
• Comfortable working in both office and warehouse environments.
• Familiarity with system integrations, middleware, Electronic Data Interchange (EDI), and APIs - Preferred.
• Experience working with software vendors or consultants to plan, test, and implement system improvements - Preferred.
• Experience developing training programs, instructional materials, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) - Preferred.
