Schedule: Shifts include nights, weekends, and holidays based on business demands. Schedule variations will be communicated in advance.
What You'll Do
- Operate the dish machine and ensure dishes, glassware, and kitchen items are cleaned, organized, and stored properly.
- Maintain a clean and safe galley by sanitizing surfaces, cleaning equipment, and supporting daily operations.
- Restock food, utensils, and supplies throughout service areas.
- Receive, store, and rotate provisions following proper food safety standards.
- Maintain a professional appearance and support the team wherever needed.
What We're Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive, team-focused attitude.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift and move supplies up to 40 pounds.
- Comfortable standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks.
- Professional appearance and commitment to service standards.
- Availability for nights, weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules.
