Job Description
This role will be responsible for oversight of and participation in activities including:
Typical repair tasks relate to basic carpentry, drywall/tape/spackle, paint, flooring and tile, electrical (i.e. light fixture changes), and plumbing (i.e. sink faucet changes, leak repair) as well as routine and preventative maintenance on HVAC units. Supplementary groundskeeping work as necessary.
Installing and servicing kitchen equipment, appliances, window air conditioning units, etc.
Moving equipment and furniture for all HSI facilities and sites.
Assist with necessary renovations and cleaning of tenant units upon move out.
Respond to off-hour facility emergencies as necessary as part of the rotating schedule.
