Meet established individual and team productivity and performance expectations.

Follow company policies, call center procedures, and quality assurance standards.

Work collaboratively with team members, supervisors, and management to achieve department goals.

Demonstrate professionalism, accountability, and consistency in daily responsibilities.

Participate in ongoing coaching, training, and performance development.

A positive, professional attitude and strong work ethic.

Willingness to accept constructive feedback and apply coaching.

Self-motivation and the ability to work independently or within a team.

Dependable attendance, punctuality, and flexibility.

Experience in appointment setting, customer service, sales, or outbound call center environments is a plus.
