Cybersecurity IAM Engineer

Job Duties

• Design, implement, and support identity and access management solutions.
• Manage user provisioning, authentication, authorization, and access governance.
• Support enterprise cybersecurity initiatives and compliance requirements.
• Investigate and resolve security and access-related issues.
• Develop security documentation, standards, and operational procedures.
• Collaborate with infrastructure, application, and business teams to improve security posture.
• Recommend process improvements and security best practices.
• Support ongoing modernization and enhancement of enterprise security services.

Minimum Education Required

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or related field, or equivalent experience.

Minimum Experience Required

• 4+ years of experience supporting enterprise cybersecurity or identity and access management solutions.
• Experience managing identity lifecycle processes, authentication, and authorization.
• Knowledge of security principles, access controls, and authentication protocols.
• Experience troubleshooting security and access-related issues.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively across infrastructure, application, and security teams.
• Experience supporting enterprise security initiatives.
