Manufacturing operations lead

Job Duties

Hands-on position, responsible for operating and eventually overseeing our manufacturing operation, including robotic, welding, tube, bending, metal saws, inventory/material management, quality control, and production scheduling. We will train the right mechanically inclined person on our specific equipment. This is an opportunity to grow into responsibility for the entire manufacturing operation of a growing Minnesota base small business.

More than experience, we are looking for someone who is dependable, mechanically, inclined, organized, detail oriented, and capable of running a shop.

Minimum Education Required

High school graduate

Minimum Experience Required

The perfect candidate would have at least some welding experience and additional manufacturing background.

We will train the right person specifically on our machines.
