About the Role Our client’s Testing Automation Team is hiring a Senior Test Automation Engineer to help build and scale the automated testing backbone that keeps their software releases fast, stable, and defect-free. If you live at the intersection of code, quality, and CI/CD pipelines and you’d rather automate the problem than retest it manually this is your seat. What You’ll Do

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test frameworks, tools, and scripts for functional, regression, performance, and scalability testing
  • Collaborate with software developers and QA engineers to define test strategies, test cases, and acceptance criteria
  • Execute automated test suites, analyze results, and identify defects and performance bottlenecks
  • Build and maintain test data and test environments that keep testing activities moving
  • Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and sprint planning to drive testability and quality into features from day one
  • Contribute to CI/CD pipelines that automate build, test, and deployment processes
  • Investigate and troubleshoot production issues, identify root causes, and propose solutions
  • Stay current on industry trends, best practices, and emerging test automation tools and techniques

  • A build-it mindset frameworks, not one-off scripts
  • Comfort moving between the code, the pipeline, and the database
  • Clear communication with developers, QA, and product teams
