Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA), $32/hr., PRN
Highland Hills Post Acute | Pittsburgh (North Hills), PA
Now hiring PTAs! $32/hr. PRN, with a new leadership team that's all-in on making this a place people want to stay.
"Come as you are. Stay because you want to."
New leadership. Fresh energy. A team that sees you.
Highland Hills Post Acute is a 200-bed skilled nursing and post-acute care facility at 1105 Perry Highway in Pittsburgh's North Hills. We're entering an exciting new chapter. Our new Administrator and Director of Nursing are bringing fresh ideas and a real commitment to the people who make this building run, starting with you.
We believe showing appreciation is how you build a place where people feel valued and seen. Our Administrator is focused on retention and employee engagement, with regular activities and recognition built into how we work, not just added on top of it.
Here's what you can expect:
- A laid-back, welcoming vibe. No need to be someone you're not. We value professionalism, but you'll never have to fake it here.
- A strong census, backed by a dedicated marketing team, so your hours are steady and reliable.
- A long-tenured, knowledgeable HR team who will make onboarding smooth and answer your questions along the way.
- Leaders who are invested in you, and who want to hear your ideas.
What We Offer
- $32/hr.
- Employee engagement activities and recognition
- PRN opportunities across 8 facilities in our regional network
Your Day-to-Day
You'll help our residents recover their strength, safety, and independence. You'll work with our PT, physician, and residents to ensure a proper care plan and goals. You'll work under the supervision of our DOR to make sure care meets current state, federal, and local standards.
What You'll Need
- Degree from accredited program
- Physical Therapy certification in good standing in PA
- Ability to empathize with a vulnerable population
- SNF experience preferred
Grow With Us Dreaming of nursing school or a specialty? Tell us about it! We value helping our staff grow, and our nursing school loan repayment program is one way we back that up. Bring up your goals in your interview.
Once you're onboarded, you can also pick up PRN shifts at any of our 8 regional facilities. Let us know at your interview if you're interested.
About PACS As part of the PACS network, you'll join America's fastest-growing network of post-acute care facilities. We're redefining healthcare through love, excellence, trust, accountability, mutual respect, and fun.
We are an equal opportunity employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, protected veteran status, or any other legally protected status.
