Housekeeper

Compensation: $18.00–$20.00 per hour Shift: Tuesday-Saturday - 6am-2:30pm

About the role Keep residents’ homes and shared spaces clean, safe, and comfortable - supporting daily life with dignity and care. Partner with residents and teams to maintain a welcoming environment. What you’ll do

• Clean resident suites and common areas; follow schedules and standards
• Uphold infection control and safety procedures
• Operate housekeeping equipment safely; maintain supplies
• Document tasks and report maintenance needs
• Assist with laundry/linens and occasional room turns

• Clear communication with residents and teams

Relatable experience

• Housekeeping in senior housing, hospitality, or multi‑unit residential
• Customer service roles serving older adults
• Hands‑on roles using checklists and documentation

Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• Current negative TB test; background check clearance
• Ability to lift/transfer up to 50 lbs with assistance
