Key Responsibility:

• Analyze and document current processes and states.
• Produce reports for senior leadership; no implementation of future solutions required.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience: ~3 years relevant experience preferred; must be strong in analysis.

• Skills:Blend of Project Management + Business Analysis. Able to gather requirements, document current states, and create proposals.

• Technical Knowledge:Familiarity with technology; able to communicate with technical teams.

• Education/Certifications:PMP preferred but not required. BA-to-PM candidates considered if experience matches.

• Tools:Microsoft suite familiarity helpful; no strict tech stack required.

Project Focus:

• Certificate Rotation Management Policy –Document current certificate rotation processes, including encryption and industry changes.

• DC3 Data for AI –Ensure proper standards, processes, and security controls for handling DC3-level data in AI tools.
