Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Turf and Tractor Technician to diagnose, repair, and maintain turf care equipment, compact tractors, utility vehicles, and related outdoor power equipment. This shop-based role is ideal for a technician with hands-on experience in agricultural or turf equipment who takes pride in quality repairs and customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair turf equipment, compact tractors, utility vehicles, and outdoor power equipment
• Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical repairs on equipment
• Conduct quality assurance testing following all repairs
• Complete work orders, service reports, and parts orders accurately and on time
• Identify and order required parts using internal parts management systems
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized shop work area
• Communicate repair status with service management and customers
• Follow all company safety policies and procedures
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED required
• Technical training in small engine, diesel, or equipment technology preferred
• Experience repairing turf, agricultural, or compact equipment preferred
• Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work in a shop environment and handle physical tasks
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Good communication and documentation skills
