PRESS OPERATOR, HIGH-SPEED STAMPING (BRUDERER) - 2ND SHIFT

Fairfield, OH (Cincinnati metro) | Full-time, direct hire Schedule: 2nd shift, Monday to Thursday, 3:00 PM to 1:30 AM (four-day week, some flexibility on hours) | Friday available for overtime Pay: $23 to $28/hour depending on experience

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY

A precision metal stamping manufacturer in Fairfield, OH is adding a 2nd shift Press Operator to its high-speed, high-precision Bruderer press line. This role is for an operator who already knows high-speed stamping and wants to run advanced, tight-tolerance equipment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Set up, operate and monitor high-speed Bruderer stamping presses to produce precision parts to specification
• Load coil and materials and safely remove and handle finished parts
• Read and follow work orders, blueprints and production specifications
• Inspect parts for dimensional accuracy, defects and overall quality
• Make machine adjustments to hold production speed and tight tolerances
• Use measuring tools and gauges to verify parts meet specifications
• Keep accurate production and quality records throughout the shift
• Follow all safety procedures, including machine guarding and PPE requirements
• Perform equipment checks and communicate mechanical or quality issues to the right team members
• Keep a clean, organized and safe work area

WHAT YOU NEED

• Hands-on experience running high-speed stamping presses (required)
• Bruderer press experience strongly preferred
• Experience with setup and adjustments on precision stamping equipment
• Ability to read blueprints and use measuring tools and gauges
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Commitment to safe work practices
