HiFyve is hiring a Parts Associate in the heavy equipment construction industry in De Pere, WI!
Employment Type: Regular, Full-Time Shift: Day shift Location: On-site in De Pere, WI Rate of Pay: $20 - $25/hour (DOE)
Job Duties and Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers and internal teams regarding parts support
- Promote and support all aspects of the parts department with customers and company personnel
- Manage workflow by processing parts orders via phone, internet, and in person
- Sell parts to walk-in, phone, and shop customers
- Assist with warehouse operations including receiving, stocking, and picking orders
- Support inventory management and organization within the parts department
- Operate forklifts and assist with material handling as needed
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Communicate effectively with customers and team members regarding parts availability and order status
- Contribute to team goals and assist with additional tasks as needed
Education Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Strong computer skills, including experience with word processing and spreadsheet applications
- Mechanical aptitude required; knowledge of heavy equipment parts preferred
- Ability to lift heavy items and perform physical warehouse tasks
- Forklift experience preferred or willingness to learn
- Valid driver’s license required
- Strong customer service, communication, and organizational skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
