  • Lead and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, creating detailed implementation plans. This includes deadlines, milestones, processes, and risk mitigation protocols
  • Apply change, risk, and resource management principles to ensure successful delivery
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with business needs

Communication & Reporting

  • Provide clear, concise, and transparent status reporting to leadership and executive team
  • Maintain program documentation, including updates to scope, timelines, risks, and outcomes
  • Ensure transparency and alignment across the organization

Ideal Candidate Traits:

  • Curious and creative problem-solver with strong business acumen, willing to challenge the status quo
  • Strong communicator and collaborator with confidence to work independently
  • Experience in leading large programs or implementations
  • Ability to simplify complexity and drive results

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in fields like Business, Technology, or Engineering
  • 7 years of relevant professional experience required
  • Experience with complex business processes and system integrations
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, identify solutions, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong relationship-building skills across Commercial, IT, and vendor teams
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
