CDL-A Driver Mentor | Dedicated Sysco Fleet

hiring experienced Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL-A) drivers for its dedicated Sysco fleet as driver mentors. Earn competitive pay while helping support drivers on established regional routes, hauling primarily refrigerated, no-touch freight.

Pay & Earnings

• Average $1,550 per week - approximately $80,600 per year
• Top weekly pay: $1,700 - approximately $88,400 per year
• Mileage pay and mentor bonus
• Detention pay
• Safe and On-Time bonus of up to 3% of mileage pay

Schedule & Routes

• Home every 2 weeks at minimum for a 34-hour reset
• Many drivers get home weekly
• Drivers based in Front Royal, Virginia, get home weekly
• Night driving required
• Regional routes across Massachusetts, Connecticut, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Ohio, Indiana and Kentucky

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 6 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
• No SAP Drivers
• Clean driving record
• DOT Medical card
• Able to work weekends
