We’re hiring a full team of Class A CDL drivers for dedicated retail freight routes based out of Cedar Falls, Iowa. Enjoy no-touch freight, newer sleeper trucks, and a consistent schedule with weekly home time.
Pay
- Team earnings: approximately $246,700 annually
- Per-driver earnings: approximately $123,350 annually
- $0.86 per mile, split between team drivers
- $33 per stop, split between team drivers
- Average of 5,000+ miles per week
- Additional $50 weekly safety and performance bonus per driver
Schedule
- Home weekly with consecutive days off
- Available schedules: Thursday–Monday or Friday–Tuesday
- Start times between 4 PM and 10 PM
Job Details
- Dedicated retail freight routes
- No-touch freight
- Newer 2024 or 2025 Freightliner sleeper trucks
- Power inverter and double bunk
- On-site shop for regular truck maintenance and cleaning
- Based in Cedar Falls, Iowa
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL
- Minimum 9 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
- No SAP Drivers
- Clean driving record
- DOT Medical card
- Able to work weekends
- Reliable and safety-focused
