• What You Will Make:
• Earn an average of $1,100 to $1,700 weekly with experience-based CPM scaling from $0.56 to $0.65, a 3-month post-solo guarantee pay safety net, $15 stop pay (excluding first/last stops), and monthly OTR performance bonuses.
• The Freight & Runs:
• Central US regional lanes spanning KS, PA, MN, and occasionally GA, operating out of Gary, IN (hiring within 300 miles of Zip 46406).
• Features live loads/unloads, preloads, and drop-and-hooks with close-to-home convenience (usually 1 day away or less).
• Schedule & Home Time:
• Flexible home time allowing you to get home on weekends or stay out longer depending on your personal goals, backed by 34-hour restarts.
• Offers day/night rotations and Sunday–Thursday or Tuesday–Saturday shifts with voluntary weekend work.
• Qualifications & Drug Testing:
• Welcomes trainees starting out and experienced drivers with no special endorsements needed.
