We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for its dedicated Dollar Tree account in West Memphis, Arkansas. Run regional routes across the South and Midwest, earn competitive mileage and stop pay, and enjoy weekly home time. This is a touch-freight position for drivers who prefer an active role. You’ll unload freight at customer locations using roto-carts and lift gates. Pay & Earnings

Average weekly pay: $1,600
Top weekly pay: $1,800
Average annual earnings: $83,200
Top annual earnings: $93,600
Compensation includes mileage and stop pay

Schedule & Home Time

Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
Approximately 1,500 miles per week
Around three loads per week
Approximately three stops per load

Oklahoma
Tennessee
Arkansas
Louisiana
Mississippi
Missouri
Kentucky
Illinois
Alabama
Dedicated Dollar Tree freight
Dry freight with hands-on unloading using roto-carts and lift gates

Equipment & Parking

Sleeper trucks with automatic transmissions
53-foot dry van trailers
Drivers must have a safe, secure place to park the truck at home or nearby

Requirements:

Valid Class A CDL
Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
No SAP Drivers
Clean driving record
DOT Medical card
Able to work weekends
Reliable and safety-focused
