We are hiring experienced Class A CDL drivers for its dedicated Dollar Tree account in Joliet, Illinois. Earn competitive weekly pay while running dedicated routes across the Midwest, with a weekly home reset and sleeper-truck equipment. This position includes unloading dry freight using rollers, making it a great fit for drivers comfortable with hands-on work. Pay & Earning Potential

• Average weekly pay: $1,800
• Top weekly pay: $2,000
• Average annual earnings: $93,600
• Top annual earnings: $104,000
• Additional pay opportunities for mileage, unloading, and backhauls

Schedule & Home Time

• Home weekly for a 34-hour reset
• Reset usually falls on Saturday–Sunday or Sunday–Monday
• Available schedules: Monday–Friday or Tuesday–Saturday, depending on driver location
• Approximately 970 miles per week
• Typically three turns per week, with 3–5 stops per load

Deliveries throughout:

• Wisconsin
• Iowa
• Minnesota
• Michigan
• Indiana
• Northern Kentucky
• Dedicated Dollar Tree freight
• Dry freight with hands-on unloading using rollers
• 53-foot dry van trailers

Equipment

• Top-of-the-line sleeper trucks
• Automatic transmissions
• Drivers may take trucks home if they have a safe, secure parking location

Requirements:

• Valid Class A CDL
• Minimum 3 months of verifiable Class A CDL experience
• No SAP Drivers
• Clean driving record
• DOT Medical card
• Able to work weekends
• Reliable and safety-focused
