Shift: 2nd Shift Hours: 3:00p-11:00 p.m
Job Summary
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) / Registered Nurse (RN) – 2nd Shift
Heritage Post Acute of Florence is seeking a dependable and compassionate RN or LPN to join our nursing team on second shift, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM.
Responsibilities:
- Provide quality nursing care to residents
- Administer medications and treatments
- Monitor and document residents' conditions
- Communicate changes in condition to the appropriate healthcare providers
- Supervise and collaborate with CNAs and other nursing staff
- Maintain compliance with facility policies and state regulations
Qualifications:
- Current, active South Carolina RN or LPN license
- Long-term care/skilled nursing experience preferred
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Dependable, compassionate, and team-oriented
