- Lead client design reviews, present design and material recommendations, document decisions, obtain approvals, and incorporate authorized revisions into project documents.

Cost, Proposals & Project Coordination
- Collaborate with sales, estimating, project management, and construction teams to define project scope and align residential and commercial designs with budget, schedule, materials, and construction methods.
- Prepare project scopes, architectural fee proposals, consultant requests, and supporting proposal materials; assist with presentations, bid evaluations, and award recommendations as assigned.
- Evaluate design alternatives for feasibility, quality, and cost effectiveness; support value analysis and design modifications throughout the project lifecycle.
Construction Administration & Site Observation
- Administer or support assigned residential and commercial construction contracts in accordance with the contract documents and the Architect’s defined scope of services.
- Conduct periodic site observations to evaluate general conformance with architectural documents; document material deviations or design concerns and coordinate appropriate responses.
- Review assigned submittals, product information, samples, requests for interpretation, and closeout documentation for consistency with design intent and contract requirements.
Team Leadership & Professional Practice
- Direct and review the work of designers, drafters, consultants, and others preparing drawings, specifications, renderings, proposals, and project documents.
- Provide technical guidance, establish documentation standards, and perform quality-control reviews of work before issuance.
- Maintain active architectural licensure and professional development, remain current on residential and commercial codes and practices, and exercise sound professional judgment consistent with public health, safety, and welfare.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
